Detailed Facilitator Biographies

William H. Taylor, Ph. D.

The Centre’s founder, Dr. William (Bill) Taylor, has extensive experience in negotiating and conflict resolution, as well as many years planning, designing and facilitating adult education. Bill also has experience as a leader and manager in the academic sector and as a successful entrepreneur. Bill has been assisting his clients with their negotiations and teaching negotiation skills nationally and internationally for over 25 years.

Bill holds a Ph.D. in administration with a specialization in strategic decision-making in complex organizations.  Until recently, Bill was an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Continuing Education at the University of Calgary. He is now engaged as a full time consultant through the Centre for Creative Negotiating.

Nadine Ryan Bannerman, M. Ed. (Adult Education)

Nadine Ryan Bannerman, M. Ed. (Adult Education) has worked with the Centre for Creative Negotiating for close to 18 years as a facilitator and consultant specializing in conflict and negotiation. Nadine has facilitated in the oil and gas industry for most of the major oil and gas companies, academic and health care sectors, for entrepreneurial organizations and internationally in conflict situations. She has also completed training in Advanced Negotiations through the Harvard University Negotiation Project Program of Instruction for Lawyers.

Senior Consultant Don Kelly, B. Comm. (Marketing) has over 23 years experience in a variety of operations management and consulting roles including strategic planning, change management, operational reviews, process re-engineering, and systems analysis and development. His extensive operational management experience includes supply chain management, staff management, business planning, market development, finance and administration, systems, and the hands-on management of company-wide change projects.


George Campbell, M. Adult Ed.

George Campbell, M. Adult Ed., has solid expertise in leadership, strategy, team effectiveness, facilitation, decision making, problem solving and organizational effectiveness, particularly with regard to mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in the upstream oil and gas business, helping clients implement change and integrate operations in exploration, petroleum land, offshore drilling, plant operations, liquids marketing and midstream. He has also worked with clients in power utilities, energy convergence (power, gas, and gas transmission), software development, gasoline marketing, information systems outsourcing, and government services for youth and employment. George has been working with the Centre for Creative Negotiating for many years.
